Refund policy
For all returns, we issue an exchange (depending on product availability) or store credit ONLY. A return request must be stated within 72 hours of delivery. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange or store credit after this period. To be eligible for a return, your merchandise has to be regular price when you purchased it and must not be worn, altered, or washed. It also must have all tags attached and in original packaging.

How do I return an item?
Submit a return request at orders@orderly-fash.com. Please provide your full name, email address, order number and reason for return. After your request is granted, you will be given the return address.
Will I receive a refund on shipping?
Return shipping postage is the sole responsibility of the customer. If you receive the wrong item or a faulty product, we will cover the return cost. Otherwise shipping cost are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
What items are non-returnable?
Non returnables include Sale items, Items purchased with a Discount Code (Manual or Automatic), Intimates, Bodysuits, Swimwear, and Shoes
How soon will I receive my store credit?
Once we have received your returned item(s), please allow up to 3-5 business days for your store credit to be issued via email.
Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us immediately at orders@orderly-fash.com Please be sure to include photos as evidence of damage.
